Refund policy

We are a small business and we request you to place your order only after considering our returns and exchange policy. We assure you that we use reliable couriers for shipping our products, therefore damages in transit are expected to be minimal. We will however, not be able to accept return and exchange requests for wrong sizes or a change of mind. We only accept returns for damaged products, subject to the following conditions:

Antique & Vintage Items: Returns are not accepted for antique and vintage items. Customers acknowledge that these products may have imperfections due to age and prior usage and this is what makes these products special and antique.

Paintings & Decor Items: Returns are only accepted for damage incurred during transit.

Return Process

To qualify for a return due to damage, customers must:

1. Record an unboxing video ideally ensuring the parcel is opened in a single take without pauses.

2. Submit a return request within 24 hours of receiving the order by emailing connect@artmiraya.com with:

Clear images/videos of the damaged product and packaging

3. Once reviewed, Art Miraya reserves the right to approve or reject the return request.

Refund Policy

1. Frame Breakage: If a painting’s frame is damaged during transit, only the cost of the frame will be refunded. The artwork itself is non-refundable.

2. Approved Refunds: If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at connect@artmiraya.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our address in Mumbai after approval of the same. Please do not despatch returns without this approval in place as well not be liable for refunds against the same.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept exchanges. Do peruse the product details carefully and connect with us should you have further queries or need more information prior to placing your order. We are happy to help answer any and all questions you may have beforehand. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
